The Polymaker PolyDryer is an innovative device engineered to effectively dry and store 3D printing filaments, safeguarding them from moisture and dust. This dual-function system ensures your filaments remain in optimal condition, enhancing print quality and reducing common issues associated with damp materials.

Modular Design for Versatile Use

The PolyDryer features a modular design comprising two main components: the Dry Dock and the PolyDryer Box. The Dry Dock provides efficient drying with a precise heat control system and PTC heater, while the PolyDryer Box offers superior sealing for filament storage. These components can be used together or separately, allowing for flexible filament management.

Superior Sealing Performance

Equipped with excellent sealing capabilities and a visible desiccant indicator, the PolyDryer Box maintains optimal humidity levels, ensuring filaments are dry and ready for printing. In internal tests, the humidity inside the PolyDryer Box changed less than 5% over 30 days in a 20°C and 60% relative humidity environment, demonstrating its effectiveness in long-term filament protection.

Efficient Drying System

The Dry Dock utilises a high-precision heat control system, fan, and PTC heater to evenly dry filaments within the PolyDryer Box. It offers three preset power levels suitable for various filament types, with air outlet temperatures approximately at 50°C, 60°C, and 70°C for levels 1, 2, and 3 respectively. This efficient drying process helps prevent issues such as stringing, clogging, and poor surface quality in printed models.

Wide Compatibility

The PolyDryer accommodates filaments up to 1kg and is compatible with diameters of 1.75mm, 2.85mm, and 3.00mm. Its spacious design supports spools with a maximum capacity of 205mm in diameter and 78mm in height, making it suitable for most standard spools.

Continuous Drying Mode

For ongoing projects, the PolyDryer offers a continuous drying mode, allowing filaments to be dried during printing. This feature ensures consistent filament quality throughout extended print jobs, providing double assurance of material integrity.
